CrossTown's mission is to guide children into a loving relationship with Jesus Christ through a safe, fun, and hands-on learning environment.

Our Passion

Jesus loves children and so do we!  We place the utmost importance on relationships, consistency, and follow-up.  We want each child to realize how special he or she is to God and to us.

Our Commitment

CT takes the safety of children seriously. 

Before joining our team, all of our volunteers go through a careful application and screening process that includes both references and background checks.  We want nothing but the best for our kids!

In addition, upon entering CrossTown, each child and his or her parent are fitted with a security wristband that allows for quick response in the event of an emergency.  It also ensures that only Mom or Dad can pick up the child at the close of the morning service.   

Our Format

We take our job of teaching the Bible seriously.  We believe in quality, not quantity, so we focus on a Bible story for 2 weeks (up to one month) and hit the story and its truth from a number of creative angles.   

Our Style

CT employs a workshop-rotation model that enhances learning experiences for children by promoting the use of all the senses.   Kids may journey to Bethlehem and relive the birth of Jesus by taking part in the story as guests in the inn; or sample foods that Jewish kids would have eaten, like figs and olives; or create collages to remind them of Bible characters like Esther and Mordecai.  Kids will experience the Bible and ask the key question: Where do I fit into the story?
