MARK NELSON

Lead Pastor

Mark Nelson has been the Senior Pastor of Crossroads for over 20 years. He and his wife live in the Lakeland area. Mark and Kristie have two adult children, and two grandsons. Mark grew up in Chicago so he is a die hard (and continuously disappointed) fan of the Chicago Cubs. Mark met his wife, Kristie, at Wheaton College. He has degrees from the University of Illinois (Sociology) and Fuller Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry). You can contact Pastor Mark at mark@thexroads.org.

Rachel has been attending Crossroads for over 23 years, and has been on staff at the church for over 17 years. She and her family reside in Winter Haven. Email rachel@thexroads.org to contact Rachel.

KETURA ELDRIDGE-FREE

Worship Director

Ketura has been attending Crossroads for 23 years, and has been the worship director at the church for over 9 years. She was raised in the area and now her and her family reside in Eagle Lake. During the week, you’ll find her cooking in the kitchen at the Mission of Winter Haven as the kitchen manager.
